What interval should I take between Fraxiparine, Ketonal Forte and Sumamed?

Good morning, what interval should I take between Fraxiparine for injection, Ketonal Forte and Sumamed? Do I need to take a longer break between Ketonal and Fraxiparine because I've read that there may be an interaction? And should the drug Sumamed be taken on an empty stomach? Thank you and best regards

Thank you for your reply. In that case, is a 6-hour break enough between Fraxiparine and Ketonal?

There are some interactions between the drugs included in the question. A break of several hours should be maintained between Fraxiparine and Ketonal. The simultaneous use of NSAIDs (in this case Ketonal) and small-molecule heparins (Fraxiparine) may lead to an increased risk of hemorrhages due to the simultaneous inhibition of the coagulation cascade and platelet mechanisms of hemostasis. It is worth being aware of what the effects of simultaneous use of these drugs may be, so that if they are observed, the patient can relate the symptoms with the fact of combining specific substances. Sumamed is taken once a day - capsules should be taken at least 1 hour before eating or after 2 hours after a meal, while oral suspension and tablets can be used regardless of food. It is important to swallow the capsules and film-coated tablets whole.
