What should I do if I do not tolerate NSAIDs and paracetamol does not have an anti-inflammatory effect?
After ibuprofen, I have a fever and vomit. The doctor prescribed me naproxen which is also from the NSAID group. I can safely take paracetamol but it is not anti-inflammatory. What to do?

If you do not tolerate NSAIDs - paracetamol may actually be safe. If you care about the anti-inflammatory effect, you can take a drug with metamizole, e.g. Pyralgina. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/65496/pyralgina-tabletki/apteka-internetowa?pvid=241223 If the effect of the above-mentioned drugs is not enough, he can consult a doctor and implement therapy with opioid drugs.
