Claritine and Clatra contain various active substances: Claritine contains loratadine - a second-generation antihistamine, while Clatra - bilastin - also belonging to the second generation of antiallergic drugs. Both drugs belong to newer antihistamines. Although this is the same group of drugs - they can not be treated in the same way. The choice should be guided by the patient's health situation, e.g. loratadine may prolong the QT section in the heart, so it should not be used in cardiac patients, because it can cause ventricular arrhythmias. In this case, you can reach for a drug with a similar effect, from the same group, but without the above side effects.
