No, you cannot use Maxigra or another product containing sildenafil without talking to your doctor because Ebivol is present in your treatment. On the one hand, there are no contraindications to the use of sildenafil with beta-blockers, which include nebivolol - the active substance of the drug Ebivol, and on the other hand, sildenafil must not be used with nitric oxide releasing drugs, as there may be a dangerous decrease in blood pressure. The feature that distinguishes nebivolol from other beta-blockers is its ability to relax blood vessels, which depends on the effect on the synthesis of nitric oxide. To sum up, Ebivol is a drug from the group of beta-blockers with an additional effect affecting the processes of nitric oxide synthesis, therefore, when taking it, preparations with sildenafil should not be used. The safest way out for you will therefore be to refrain from taking the potency drug until you consult a doctor to avoid the occurrence of these side effects.
