Hello, the doctor prescribed the child clemastinum for runny nose and cough. In the pharmacy was available clemastinum aflofarm can I give to a 3 year old child? The child got a fever of 37.5. Please Reply

Yes, Clemastinum and Clemastinum Aflofarm are the same medicine. In addition, it may include antipyretic treatment, e.g. by administering ibuprofen or paracetamol. More here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/bol-i-goraczka-u-dziecka
