From Saturday high fever, pain in muscles, joints and head. On Saturday the antigen test - positive, on Sunday antigen - positive, on Sunday also PCR result - negative, today I repeated the antigenic and it is still positive. How is it possible that the PCr is negative?

You may have not taken the PCR test incorrectly or you may not have followed the guidelines for preparing for the test (such as not smoking for at least 2 hours before the test). If there are symptoms and the results of antigen tests are positive, I encourage you to repeat the PCR result and to self-isolate.
