After taking Coxitex, I got high blood pressure, what in such a situation?

Hello, for a few years I have been treating hypertension which is not so big, but I take medication. A few days ago my elbow started to hurt, the doctor prescribed me coxitex. After taking 6 days, i got a high pressure of 105/160. The doctor told me to take pills to reduce the pressure, but it still does not go down for 2 days. What in such a situation? On sor they do not want to accept me. Will it be only after a few days that the drugs for the clumps will start to work?

I also encourage you to report the occurrence of side effects of the preparation. Reporting side effects increases control over commercially available medicines.
