Is it possible to combine the drugs Pramolan, Beto 25 ZK, Fluticomb and Magne B6 Forte together?

Hello I have been taking pramolan for a week I have my solid drugs fluticomb, Beto 25 zk and Magne B 6 forte. Can this medication be taken with these medications?

Caution is advised when using Pramolan and a preparation from the group of beta-blockers (Beto 25 ZK) together.
