Avamys is a prescription medicine, so it should be used as directed by your doctor. As recommended by the manufacturer: It is usual to apply one dose of Avamys to each nostril once a day. If the treatment does not bring the expected results, then two doses of aerosol can be administered to each nostril once a day. After improvement, a single dose should be returned. That is, do not spread the dosage into 2 times a day for one dose, and if necessary, apply immediately 2 doses of the drug to each nostril once a day.
