If you have not received a 4-digit e-prescription code from a doctor from an ambulance, you should download the number from your IKP account: https://pacjent.gov.pl/internetowe-konto-pacjenta If you do not have an Online Patient Account yet, you can set it up yourself. You will find the information on the above website.
