Can palpitations, tightness in the temples, low pressure and pulse be associated with taking Bibloc?

Good morning I have a question I use biblock 2.5 from October on palpitations and high pressure Palpitations and pressure occurs 2 weeks before menstruation. As if normalized, again knocking and squeezing in the temples and before taking the tablet low pressure 95/48 heart rate 53.Ciśnieniomierz goes crazy, the heart does not display evenly. This pressure is after exercise with 15 minutes earlier. But in the afternoon it rises 124/76tetno 85.Can it be the fault of the pills.??
