You are right, there are some interactions between the medicinal substances mentioned in the question. Beta-blockers (in this case Concor Cor) can slow down the metabolism of lidocaine contained in Gardimax and increase its toxicity. The course of therapy should be monitored and treatment should be as short as possible. This does not mean, of course, that the complications in question will occur in this particular case, but only that their risk increases.
