Should I stop Bibloc or take half a tablet?

Good morning I have a question, I take biblock from October 2.5 for today from a week maybe two I have during the day a very low pressure 95/48 heart rate 53 physical activity is 10 minutes earlier Before taking the tablet, I squeeze me in the temples of the heart as if jumping gently .... Whether to withhold the drug or take 1/2 tablet . It's hard to get to the cardiologist so I have to ask for advice here, thank you

It is forbidden to change the dosage of hypertension drugs in any way, much less discontinue them. A sudden increase in blood pressure could then lead to a stroke or heart attack. As pharmacists, we are not authorized to modify the dosage of prescription drugs, much less on the basis of an online conversation - such decisions can only be made by a doctor.
