Failure to perform the test does not entail criminal liability. From the moment the referral is issued, this person is automatically directed to quarantine, which currently lasts 7 days. "Quarantine imposed "automatically" in the EWP system on the day of receipt of the referral for the test – lasts until a negative result is obtained, but not longer than 7 days. This does not apply to medical professionals. If the day after the quarantine you receive information about a positive test result, you will start isolation;" "In accordance with Article 16 of the Act on Patients' Rights and the Patient Ombudsman, the patient has the right to consent to the provision of certain health services or to refuse such consent. Just as with regard to the introduction of a provision regulating the obligation to perform a test at admission to a medical entity, the law and other non-binding acts do not regulate the legal effectiveness of refusing to give consent to submit to the test."
