The concomitant use of Gabapentin, Zoloft and Skudexa is not recommended, as they enter into mutually unfavorable interactions. The combined intake of Gabapentin and Skudexy increases the depressive effect of these drugs on the central nervous system, exacerbating m.in drowsiness. The simultaneous use of Zoloft and Skudexa can cause an excessive increase in serotonin levels in the brain. This threatens the occurrence of serious disorders referred to as serotonin syndrome. Some of its symptoms are fever, sweating, increased heart rate, diarrhea, (uncontrollable) muscle spasms, chills, increased reflexes, anxiety, mood swings, loss of consciousness. If these drugs have been prescribed by different doctors, it is necessary to consult whether the drugs are to be used simultaneously. Perhaps the recommendations regarding the method of their administration will be changed. If the medication was prescribed by the same doctor, it is important that you follow the dosage regimen. If you notice any side effects, please contact your doctor immediately.
