Is dried Cannabis Flos THC 22% CBD 1% (Aurora) available in 5 g packs?

Is Cannabis Flos Aurora Deutschland GMBH (THC 22% +/-10%) available in 5g packages? Is it possible to ask for 5g at the pharmacy?

Dear Mrs. Angeliko, for me - the patient - what is interesting is the lack of specific regulations aimed at the GOOD OF THE PATIENT and not only the interest of the owners of pharmacies and pharmaceutical companies. But when it comes to MM, it can be seen from the beginning that the interest of patients here is completely secondary for the legislator (and lobbyists). During a recent conversation with a nice master in one of the all-night pharmacies near Warsaw (greetings!) I learned that the main problem is supposedly boxes (apparently "you need boxes made of special plastic that does not react with THC" (???). That is, "who to ask - a different answer"...

I think the basic determinant here is the economic factor. If the pharmacy has too much for this raw material, then it may be inclined to dump the dried food according to the patient's wishes. If you order 10 g of packaging and you are the only patient of medical marijuana in a given pharmacy, then the pharmacist will not decide to issue part of the packaging if the doctor wrote 10 g on the prescription - he will not expose the pharmacy to financial losses and himself to additional "troubles" associated with the need to dispose of the narcotic drug.

What is not forbidden is (in theory) allowed. ;) So what do the rules for prescription drugs in general say about this - especially those issued in the form of dried (e.g. herbal) or (if the dried in the laws are not specified) simply in loose form? Maybe in this situation they will be used? I am talking, of course, about a situation where the division occurs at the request of the patient, the situation seems to be unambiguous in the case of a prescription for a specific X gram. Thank you.

In documents such as the Pharmaceutical Law Act, the MZ Regulation on prescriptions or the MZ Notice on the publication of a uniform text of the Regulation of the Minister of Health on narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, category 1 precursors and preparations containing these agents or substances, I did not find information on this subject.

Ms. Angeliko, "there is no obligation" or according to the law "can not" dispense a smaller amount of medicine on request (but this is the difference ;)? What does the pharmaceutical law say about this? Thanks

It is a recipe raw material, if you have 5 g written on the prescription, the pharmacist is obliged to weigh the dried fruit. If the prescription contains a record of 10 g - then in fact the pharmacist is not obliged to issue a smaller dose of the drug than it is written on the prescription. What's more, it is not possible to choose the remaining amount of dried fruit at another time.

Good morning, what should a patient do, then, who was refused in a pharmacy to consider this prescription drug for smaller quantities? Do pharmacies have to do this (legal basis?) or is it more a matter of goodwill? PS. I have already encountered such a situation three times ("we do not know if we can, we do not know how, we do not have weight (!?) etc", but in all cases I was quietly charged a "recipe" surcharge for nothing... no comment.

Dried Cannabis Flos THC 22% CBD 1% (Aurora) is pre-packaged in 10 g. The pharmacist may weigh 5 g, as noted on the prescription or at the express request of the patient may dispense a lower dose than that indicated on the prescription.
