Is it possible to buy Clexane and Neiparin for the same e-prescription?

Please answer: I have a prescription for 8 months for Clexane 80, issued on December 27, 2021, so I have only two days to start its implementation, and the drug is not in Warsaw. What can I do if my next visit to the cardiologist is scheduled for August? If I buy 1 pack of Neoparin today (it is available), will I be able to buy Clexane for this prescription later? I tried to take Neoparin (cheaper) but unfortunately, I reacted badly.

Assuming that you have received an e-prescription for 8 packs of Clexane 80 with a one-year delivery time (it is not possible to issue an e-prescription with an 8-month deadline), if within 30 days of its issuance you buy at least 1 ampoule of Clexane or a substitute (in this case it is Neoparin), in the following months you will be able to buy the remaining packages of Clexane without restriction. If you do not start the prescription within 30 days, in the following months the prescription can be filled in the amount reduced by the number of doses allocated for the days of use that have already expired.
