I wonder how long the injection of neoparin works, I take once a day about 9 am, whether in the evening this action is the same or its effectiveness decreases?

The half-life of Neoparin according to the Product Characteristics is approximately 4 hours after a single subcutaneous administration and approximately 7 hours after repeated administration of the medicinal product: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/92384/neoparin-iniekcja/ulotka/227631 Neoparin should be taken once a day at a fixed time. The drug will work just as effectively given in the morning or evening, but you should not change the time of administration by 12 hours yourself, because this may affect its reduced effectiveness.
