Can I take Bromocorn if I use Prestarium, Spironol, Solderol, Ibandronic Acid?

Can Bromocorn be taken if you are taking heart medications such as spironol, prestarium and osteoporosis medications such as ibandronic, solsderol at the same time? Since I take Bromocorn I feel morning weakness and dizziness, and heaviness in the stomach after each meal.

It is recommended to regularly check the level of calcium in the blood. During treatment with several preparations of hypertension (Prestarium, Spironol), it is recommended to control blood pressure.
