What should I think about the fact that after 4 months disulfiram was not detected in my urine?
After four months of sewing Disulfiram 4 tablets per 110kg of weight, the presence of this drug in the urine was zero. What do I think???

From a pharmaceutical point of view, I can provide information about the drug and its metabolism in the body. Disulfiram is extensively metabolised in the liver to inactive metabolites excreted in the urine. Approximately 20% of the administered dose is excreted unchanged in the faeces. The test carried out from urine should therefore amount to compounds that are actually formed as a result of disulfiram transformations. According to the materials for Disulfiram WZF, the product is implanted sub-infraently, placing 8 to 10 tablets in a stellar position. The treatment can be repeated after 8 months. In case of doubt about the course of therapy, it is best to contact the doctor who ordered and sewed the tablets. I think it is also important for what purpose you carried out this study.
