Methotrexate can be combined with drugs containing paracetamol. Both forms of paracetamol - both tablets and suppositories are a safe form of treatment. Suppositories act faster, this form of administration of the drug allows you to bypass the gastrointestinal tract and portal circulation of the liver, so that the drug does not irritate the stomach. Thus, this may speak in favor of the use of suppositories in this situation. Administration of ibuprofen - both in the form of suppositories and tablets is inadvisable in this case.
