Analgesic and warming patches, gels and ointments
Medications for bone pain. For 2 years I have been struggling with pain in the metatarsus of the right foot. I consulted with many doctors, I also had rehabilitation, unfortunately no one and nothing helps. The pain is very strong, I feel it every day when walking. I used ketonal spray, voltaren and traumon in ointment, biofenac. I ask for advice on what drugs I can still use to relieve my pain. Thank you in advance for your reply

If there is persistent pain in the metatarsus, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. It is also possible to use the teleadvice offered m.in by the Gdziepolek.pl portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja Until the consultation, you can use over-the-counter analgesics and anti-inflammatory drugs. In online and stationary pharmacies there are preparations for topical use (such as sprays, ointments, gels) or oral (tablets, capsules). Choosing an online pharmacy allows you to compare prices and order the preparation with home delivery or personal collection at the pharmacy. Below I will present a few proposals containing different active substances from those already used by you. Available topical preparations with analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects include, m.in.: - Ibuprom Sport: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/96589/ibuprom-effect-zel-ibuprom-sport-zel-zel/apteki - Aulindol: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/92644/aulindol-zel/apteki If the use of topical drugs is insufficient, you can purchase oral medications, such as: - Dexak SL: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/90068/dexak-sl-granulat-do-wytworzenia-plynu/apteki - Ketonal Active: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/95669/ketonal-active-kapsulki/apteki - Aleve: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/3293/aleve-tabletki-powlekane/apteki The use of analgesics and anti-inflammatories should be short-lived due to the possibility of side effects, such as gastrointestinal bleeding. On their own, analgesics can be used only for a few days. I encourage you to familiarize yourself with additional materials that may be useful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/bol-stopy-czyli-ostroga-pietowa https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jakie-leki-przeciwbolowe-stosowac https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/leki-przeciwbolowe
It can be a spur, that is, deposited deposits. It can also be from the spine, specifically the L 5 vertebra - it is responsible for calves, heels, toe, long deep muscles of the spine. If the former, the tablets will not help much, but only poison the body. Conventionally, it can be removed surgically, but after a while it comes back (I know from people). It can also be treated unconventionally by acting in both cases on the cause and after some time get rid of the ailment. so before you get to the doctor I recommend taking CBD oil 5% anti-inflammatory every 6 hours after 5 drops under the tongue hold 2 miuty .... and soak your feet in bath salt with menhol of the Czech company Palacio, smear mentholka ointment with cannaderm everything you will get in this store for hempfarmation en a few days, will help :) I had the same thing and it was recommended to me by my sister-in-law (doctor). It passed and I did not do any research, to this day it does not speak (heel).

Yes, you can take omeprazole to reduce reflux symptoms and can be taken together with Novynette.
Thank you! Can I also use omeprazole to reduce the symptoms of reflux that I have? And can omeprazole be taken together with Novynette contraception?

The data provided by the manufacturers on the packaging assume a short period of use of the drug - usually 3-5 days. If you use only one preparation in such a period of time, stomach ulcer will not develop, but if each of them is already used for 3-5 days, then yes - it can develop. If it is necessary to take analgesics and anti-inflammatory drugs for a longer time, it is worth considering the introduction of a "stomach shield", i.e. a preparation from the group of proton pump inhibitors, e.g. omeprazole, once a day, in the morning, on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/omeprazol
Thank you for your reply. If I use any of the medicines you mentioned exactly as recommended on the packaging, will the risk of stomach and duodenal ulcers be lower?
