There are some interactions between the medicinal substances contained in levitra (Vardenafilum) and Teldipil (Telmisartan). Due to their nature and severity, however, in general, these interactions are not a contraindication to the simultaneous use of these drugs. However, they can only be used if they have been prescribed by the same doctor or if the doctors prescribing these preparations have been informed about what other medicines the patient is already taking. This combination intensifies the hypotensive effect (lowering pressure) of both drugs. This is in many cases a beneficial effect and the desired therapeutic effect. However, it is worth being aware of what the effects of simultaneous use of these drugs may be, so that if they are observed, the patient can relate the symptoms with the fact of combining specific substances.
