What could be the reason why during the day I am nervous, irritable and my heart breaks?

Please help, I take citabax 10 in the morning,And for the night trittico 50. That sleep is good,but during the day I am nervous, irritable and my heart shakes, which may be the reason for this,thank you.

If you are treating such a condition and do not feel well, you should contact your doctor. From a pharmaceutical point of view, I can tell you that when you take Citabax, less than 1 in 10 people may experience side effects such as agitation, nervousness or an uneven heartbeat (palpitations).
