What painkillers can I use if I'm taking Parogen?

Hello. If I take the drug parogen for anxiety neurosis, what painkillers can I take? The doctor did not mention anything to me about it and I prefer to know, I always took the stronger ones and for menstrual pain nimesil or dexak. I'm taking half a pill a day for now and in two days I'm supposed to take one whole a day.

Interactions may occur between paroxetine and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, e.g. ibuprofen, ketoprofen, diclofenac, nimesulide, dexketoprofen or acetylsalicylic acid, so it is not recommended to take them concomitantly. However, you can take such a preparation temporarily, once, in the event of a definite necessity. The safest remedy will be paracetamol - however, it does not have an anti-inflammatory component: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/paracetamol
