The technical specification of the Fine Guard mask states that it is an N95 mask - masks of this type filter at least 95% of particles with a diameter of 0.3 microns or more. They provide much higher protection compared to surgical masks. As the manufacturer assures: "LIVINGUARD technology uses charged ions to disrupt the atomic structure of bacteria and viruses and thus deactivates them." In this way, viruses and bacteria are to be neutralized on the surface of the mask. I was not able to find the results of tests on the effectiveness of this technology, so I referred only to the type of mask and the resulting degree of protection, for which the company is certified.
