Can Bioracef cause a decrease in hematocrit and the appearance of urobilinogen in the urine?

Good morning I took the drug bioracef for 6 days and for the first time in the urine test appeared urobilinogen and reduced hematocrit although I took the drug 4 weeks ago but I never had this urobilinogen in my urine or it may be related because I am very worried

Bioracef may cause various types of adverse changes in studies, so it cannot be excluded that the reduction of hematocrit or the appearance of urobilinogen in the urine may be related to the use of the drug.
