For @Ma łgosia: Alugastrin is an antacid that neutralizes excess hydrochloric acid in gastric juice.
Thank you. PPI drugs do not help me - I have non-acid reflux. Does Alugastrin suspension help with non-acid reflux?

In pharmacies, there are no substitutes that would have exactly the same effect as Ulgastran. Thank you for your prompt reply. Can you recommend me any other drug that will work like a Ulgastran suspension? - I was saved for a strong reflux. Would Artecholin N, for example, be helpful? Or Alugastrin suspension? How can you check the price range of medicines in a given city?

The resumption of production of Ulgastran is estimated at the third quarter of 2022. This includes the monthly range between July and September of the current year.
