Abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea and fever in a child - to which doctor to go?

Hello. Yesterday we were recommended in the pharmacy iberogast because the daughter had a very painful tummy (daughter 7 years) I gave her the drug but without dilution, I did not read that you need to dilute. Yesterday, the daughter with 5-10 minutes after receiving the drops vomited and had diarrhea. Today, the daughter had a high fever hard to beat. Is it possible that it is after these drops? The daughter got drops only once.

There is a probability that vomiting that occurred 5-10 minutes after taking the drug was related to its administration. As for diarrhea, usually this type of reaction is observed at a slightly longer interval from the administration of the drug. It is possible that the symptoms observed were not related to taking Iberogast, but to a gastrointestinal infection. The occurrence of high fever in the described situation requires urgent consultation with a family doctor. Please do not delay your visit.
