I am after surgery for a hernia of the spine I took Algan and tolperis...

I am after surgery for a hernia of the spine I took Algan and tolperis for 7 days and weaned. I wanted to know if Algan and tolperis can be taken once when the spine hurts, as usual painkillers? Must there be a continuity of taking these drugs.

Aglan is an analgesic, the active substance here is Meloxicam, which is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). The mean maximum plasma concentration is reached within 5 to 6 hours. The maximum plasma concentration reaches from 0.5 to 1.5 hours after admission.
