Unfortunately, among the side effects of antipsychotic drugs, there are always "menstrual disorders" and "weight gain" as a rare or very rare side effect. This applies to both benzamide derivatives and thioxanthene derivatives (e.g. chlorprotixen) and butyrophenone (e.g. haloperidol).
