Can I give Staloral when a child has a cold? Can I give Nurofen while I am taking Staloral?

Hello. Should I stop using Staloral if an infection begins to develop in a child, or if the child has a cold? Can I give my child nurofen while taking Staloral?

A contraindication to the use of Staloral is stomatitis. The presence of a cold is not a contraindication to the administration of the drug:
