If you use the patches correctly, the protection against pregnancy is at the level of 98-99%, so the risk of pregnancy is negligible. The mechanism of action of Evra patches is, m.in, inhibition of ovulation - therefore, if you use the patches correctly, fertile days do not occur at all. Moreover, menstruation also does not occur. The bleeding that you observe after peeling off the 3rd patch is withdrawal bleeding - artificially induced, caused by a decrease in the level of hormones in the blood.
