Is it possible to apply Tribiotic to the skin of the finger during breastfeeding?

Is it possible to use Tribiotic ointment while breastfeeding? I got paronychia. The pus is gently flowing out and I would like to act quickly.

According to the information from the manufacturer, tribiotic ointment should not be used during breastfeeding. However, if the wound is small and you do not have access to other safer means, you can apply a small amount of ointment to the affected skin on your finger. Therapy should last as short as possible - up to a maximum of 5 days. I attach a link to a helpful post: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/leki-a-karmienie-piersia
