Atywia Daily. I take the antibiotic Cipronex, I am prescribed for 10 days. I started the antibiotic when I was taking 15 tablets from a blister. Should I take a placebo normally or is it better to go straight to the next pack, since the placebo tablets are still required to take an antibiotic?

To @Anonim: You can change the time of taking the contraceptive pill from 5.30 to 10 or 11. Nevertheless, contraceptive protection during antibiotic therapy can still be reduced and the use of an additional form of protection in the form of a condom is required.
I have been changed from Cipronex to Amoksiklav 875 mg + 125mg, which I have to take every 8 hours three times a day. Already through that antibiotic I changed my fixed time, i.e. 7 am to 5.30 am to keep an interval of 4 hours. Can I change the time of taking the contraceptive pills again now? E.g. at 10/11 am? So that there is a 4-hour interval between the antibiotic that I have to take three times a day and the contraceptive pill.

You can continue to take the contraceptive pills as before, i.e. together with the placebo pills. Since protection may have been reduced, an additional form of protection in the form of a condom should be used for 10 days of antibiotic therapy and for 7 days after the end of antibiotic use.
