Good morning this morning such a rash jumped out under my eye, I have no idea what could be the cause, whether it could be some irritation or maybe some disease?

For diagnostic purposes, you should consult a doctor, preferably a dermatologist. Oral antihistamines can be used temporarily, e.g.: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/doustne-preparaty-na-alergie

I had a similar rash, it started only at the left eye and progressed to the right eye. My family doctor prescribed me a steroid ointment that helped for a while, and despite regular use, the problem kept coming back. I went to the dermatologist 4/5 months after the first rash. Just like the person below - about oral dermatitis. I was given rozex ointment and after more than a month of regular use, the problem disappeared. No recurrence for two months now.

Hey hey (yes it's me from the photos from the comments) I think I finally have advice for it after more than 2 years of torment and lubrication with steroids!!! I found on a foreign site clinical studies and in general this "perioral dermatitis", which can be even on the eye area. I stopped steroids as they ordered (it was a nightmare, because immediately on the steppe day I was spilled) smeared with clindemacine (it can also be metronidazole) and so I lubricated for a month day night day night and ... Disappeared!! I hope that it will not come back and I am free of steroids (I will immediately write that there is no effect immediately and only after two weeks I could see a gradual improvement). Good luck everyone, because I know how horrible it is and STOP STEROIDS

Welcome... I have the same thing... Man33l. appeared to me in 2022 in May... continues to this day... once better and worse, a coincidence like you ... from my suspicions it is an allergy to pollen ... in May, while sunbathing in the meadow, I got allergies - crawling, sneezing and hay fever ... but this is a typical period. Possibly dust and mites associated with it or allergy to plants. I suspected demodex parasite and staphylococcus aureus. However, for bacteria I used a strong treatment with clindamycin, pimafukort, iodine and sudocrem... after using 10 days it turned out that I still have it. Currently, after reading the articles, I am inclined to the theory of a disturbed skin microbiome - I can exaggerate with cleanliness and cosmetics. The culprit may be the fungus (dermatofit) Malassezia furfur, which feeds on sebum. The changes went from my eyelids to the petals of the nose, sometimes they sweat after the violation, they peel off. After the oily creams it was worse. Please any advice, help. Thank you in advance and greetings ... we have to deal with the damn thing.

I am an unfortunate owner of such a rash for 2 years with this struggle. Dermatologists and allergists predict from coffee grounds. And for me, the collection of masci is growing. (not cheap) helps only travocort but temporarily. Does anyone know the cause of this type of rash?

Good morning. Has the rash problem been resolved? I ask because I'm struggling with the same, completely the same looking and hurting to the touch. Some time ago I had one eye, disappeared and appeared at the other...

I have been walking with such a rash for two years now. I had different pills, drugs do not help anything. I'm on the izoteku and also nothing. The only thing that helps at the MOMENT of use is the steroid Pimacufort but as I postpone it so everything comes back so I use it only when I have an important meeting because then everything disappears, but it makes no sense. Nobody knows anything, tests are not reimbursed, doctors have it somewhere. If someone solves the problem please contact me on ig - lukaszmakeup Ps. photo at a good time, currently it is much worse
