Both Zolpic and Dobroson are prescription-only drugs, so their inclusion in therapy should be decided by a doctor. There is a significant interaction between Zolpic and Alprox - this combination results in increased side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, confusion and difficulty concentrating.
