My 2.5 month old baby got fluconazole 5 mg/ml syrup. I had the dosage on the prescription 3 times a day. I have a question calculating the dose of the drug at its weight of 5.5 kg comes out about 3.3 ml whether I should give 3.3 ml 3 times a day or 1.1 ml 3 times a day. If I gave a child about 19 3.3 ml if half of it spit out and then in the morning at 6:00 the same amount with half spit it out is not too much?

The dosage of Fluconazole should be strictly determined by your doctor. It is the doctor who determines how much of the preparation the child should take depending on the m.in type of infection and its severity: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/30558/fluconazole-polfarmex-syrop/ulotka/60709
