Could Ismigen have caused the disease or its recurrence?

Can strains of Ismigen bacteria cause the disease or its recurrence? I am after antibiotic treatment, the doctor advised me to take Ismigen immediately after antibiotic treatment. After a few tablets, there was a strong redness on the palate and arches. Does this have to do with taking the vaccine?

Ismigen vaccines cannot cause infection. Such vaccines are bacterial lysates, that is, mixtures of antigens, the action of which is aimed at stimulating and mobilizing nonspecific defense mechanisms of the host. They stimulate the reticuloendothelial system, increase the bactericidal properties of serum and cause an increase in the level of natural immunoglobulins, especially in the IgA class. Like any product, Ismigen can also cause side effects, including an allergic reaction. Perhaps that is what happened in your case. Another cause of the formation of changes in the oral cavity may be post-antibiotic mycosis. Therefore, the observed changes should be reported to the doctor, who will decide on further proceedings.
