One of the reasons why you may have high blood pressure while taking Tolura may be, for example, too low a dose of the drug or the ineffectiveness of monotherapy, i.e. taking only one medicine for hypertension. These are, of course, my guesses, because I do not have any information about your state of health. Definitely more will be able to say the attending physician.
