Can Co-Prestarium cause arrhythmias?

I take co- prestarium 5/5 , sometimes I feel like the heart beats not evenly, can it be through this drug?

Co-Prestarium (perindopril + amlodipine) may cause, although not often, heart rhythm disturbances (including bradycardia, ventricular tachycardia and atrial fibrillation). If you experience side effects while taking this medicine, you should contact your doctor, who will decide whether to modify your treatment.
