Can I use Calperos 1000 with Beto 25 ZK and Fluticomb?

I take beto tablets 25zk 1 in the morning and a half in the evening and fluticomb 2 times a day . I am struggling with calcium deficiency I have symptoms of tetany can I take calperos 1000 with these drugs?

The use of calcium Calperos 1000 together with Beto 25 ZK (metoprolol) could weaken the effect of Beto 25 ZK. A minimum of 2 hours should be observed between taking these medications. There are no contraindications to the use of calcium during treatment with Fluticomb inhalations.
