Dalacin is an antibiotic - it should be used only in case of justified necessity and on the order of a doctor. If you have any "residues" from previous treatments, you should not reach for them yourself. The treatment will be neither safe nor complete. The drug destroys bacteria and will not help with other ear ailments than a bacterial infection. Ear congestion can have various causes - sometimes it is sufficient to treat a clearing of the ear canal or anti-inflammatory. Even in the case of ear infection, the antibiotic tablets will not, in my opinion, be the first choice, because we have safer antibiotics for topical application in the form of ear drops. In the case of less severe ear ailments, you can ask for advice from the pharmacy's specialist staff. In more serious cases, you should turn to your family doctor - in general, it is possible to look with an otoscope and diagnose the problem. Extremely difficult cases can be conducted by an otolaryngologist.
