Bisocard may significantly (by up to 50%) reduce the effect of Primacor. According to the manufacturer: "This effect may be due to a decrease in blood flow through the liver, caused by beta-blockers, and may occur when using other drugs in this group. Lercanidipine can therefore be safely used with beta-blockers, but its dose may need to be adjusted." Therefore, if the effect of antihypertensive therapy is unsatisfactory or you feel any disturbing symptoms during treatment, it is worth consulting a doctor. Perhaps the specialist will decide to change the dosage method or change Primacor to a drug from another group.
