Since the drug Biofenac and Apo-Napro belong to the same group - non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, their combination is not advisable. If there is such a need (there is severe pain), you can take a tablet of Biofenac in the evening - such a solution should not be used chronically. It may be worth consulting your doctor and considering increasing the dose of Apo-Napro.
