How soon can you stop taking birth control pills?

How quickly can you stop taking contraceptive pills so as not to deregulate the hormonal balance? I am after 12 tablets of Yaz (the first month) and due to side effects I am not able to continue taking them. I haven't slept a single one fully since 11 nights. I wake up after 2-3 hours and do not sleep another 3 hours. I am exhausted and I am not able to sleep 3-4 hours a day.

You can stop taking Yaz at any time, although it is recommended that you stop the tablet blister you are currently using and simply do not start another one. If you do not want to get pregnant, you should consult a gynecologist on how to proceed. Similarly, in the case of very severe side effects that the patient cannot accept, it is recommended to contact a doctor. Insomnia is a rare side effect (affects 1 to 10 in every 10,000 people): https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane
