If I had a higher blood pressure at the doctor and at home I can change the Co-Prestarium to Prestarium?

For 3 years I have been taking c-o prestarium 5-5, for a month I have been taking parogen, I noticed a significant decrease in pressure About 103/59, the doctor, family recommended a change to prestarium 5, after visiting a cardiologist and measuring pressure (138/70-white coat effect?), the doctor saw no reason to change, after returning home again pressure low. Can I change the drug to perstarium5 without fear? I would appreciate your feedback on this.

Yes, in such a situation you can use Prestarium 5 mg. However, you should regularly measure your blood pressure, if you observe an upward trend, then after consulting a doctor, you may consider returning to the two-component drug - Co-Prestarium.
