Indeed, the use of Gynalgin during menstruation should be avoided, and the optimal time to start treatment is 2 to 4 days after the end of menstruation. This is due to the fact that intensively flowing menstrual blood simply washes out the components of the drug and therapy may be less effective. However, if the doctor assessed that you can start using the preparation, then the opinion of the person directing the therapy always prevails over what the leaflet says.
