I use Neoparin injections and analgesic Zaldiar Effervescent effervescent tablets that run out can I alternate or replace this drug with Ketanol 50 mg?

The combination of Neoparin injections with Ketonal is not advisable as it can lead to dangerous haemorrhages. If you do not have Zaldiar, consult your doctor.
