The GP may write you a prescription with the "S" entitlement on the basis of the information provided to him from the cardiologist about what preparation and with what reimbursement fee was recommended to you. The prescription can be issued in a traditional form or in the form of an e-prescription. In addition, from January 2021, a prescription with the "S" entitlement can also be written by a specialist doctor. In this case, it must be the so-called e-prescription.
